Download Selections Files=Click Here
You will Put these Files in your Selections Folder
In Your PSP

Let's Get Started
*********
Open a New Canvas
348x369x16million

Now the Big Part SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!
If you can't remember Like I do All the time
Go to your Preference down on your File at top
Menu and go to *AUTO SAVE*
I have mine set to Auto #5

With Any of the Colors I will be using if you would
Like a Pattern a Different use of Colors
Please do so What I give you is Just a Guide

It's All up to you How you want
To See it Decorated just have Fun with it

* With the Opening of Your New Canvas we have a layer

Started I want you to keep this Layer So Later You

Can Add a Background Color or Gradient

What ever you would like

Rename this Layer=*Background*

1.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Blue Scarf Inside Left* Flood Fill with this Color# 91ADAD

Now Deselect=rename=*Blue Scarf Inside Left*

2.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Inside Scarf Shadow Left* Flood Fill with this Color# 95A3A3

Deselect=rename=*Inside Scarf Shadow Left*

3.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Scarf Right* Flood Fill with this Color# 95A3A3

Now go to Effects 3-D/ Inner Bevel /

And Use theses Settings

Color In Color Box is #FFFFFF which is White

Stay Here Now Go to /Effects /Plug-ins /

Here I Used Two Different /Plug-ins /The First One

Is Called / VM-Natural / The Second is / Eye Candy 4000

This Setting will be for / VM-Natural / Both are Called

Stars /also Called Stardust if you don't have the /VM-Natural

Just Use Your /Eye Candy 4000 /

This isn't Brain Surgery it's Just Playing So if you come

Up with a Setting You Like better with either One of theses

That's Just Fine

Here I will be Using /The /Plug-in /VM-Natural

Use theses Settings

Now Deselect=Next to this Layer is Your Opacity Slide Lower

It down From 100% to 70% if you would like it a Bit more

Transparent then lower it a bit more

Rename=*Scarf Right*

4.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Neck* Flood Fill with this Color #E7BA99

Go to Effects /3D=Effects /Outer Bevel and Use theses settings

Keep Selected and Go to Selections to /Invert /

Now Back to /Effects / 3d=Effects/Drop Shadow

And Use theses Settings 0 / 0 / 100% / Blur 5

Color in Color Box will be # 7B5131

Deselect=rename=*Neck*

5.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Side Collar Right Bottom* Flood Fill with this Color# CFB499

Now go to Effects 3-D/Inner Bevel

And use theses Settings

Color in Color Box will be #FFFFFF

Which is White

Deselect=rename=*Side Collar Right Bottom*

6.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Side Collar Right Top* Flood Fill with this Color #CFB499

Go to Effects/ 3D=Effects/

And Use All the same /Inner Bevel /Settings

We Just used for Bottom Collar

Deselect=rename=*Side Collar Right Top*

7.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Head* Flood Fill with this Color #E7BA99

Go to Effects / 3D=Effects /

And Use the same / Outer Bevel Settings

We Used for the Neck

Deselect=rename=*Head*

8.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Mouth and Nose* Go to the Image File I sent you and get

The Mouth and Nose and Copy and Paste

That / Into Selections

Deselect=rename=*Mouth and Nose*

9.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Cheek Shadows* Flood Fill with this Color# DEA884

Now go to Effects / Blur / Gaussian Blur /

And use theses Settings

Deselect and Stay on this Layer and go Next to Your

Opacity Level Slide and Move it down From 100% to 55 %

Rename=*Cheek Shadows*

10.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Under Hat Shadow* Flood Fill with this Color# DEA884

Deselect=rename=*Under Hat Shadow*

11.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Hat* Flood Fill with this Color# 91ADAD

Keep Selected and go to / Selection /to / Invert /

Back to Effects / 3D=Effects / Drop Shadow /

And use theses Settings

0 / 0 / 100% Opacity / Blur 5 Color in Color Box will be

# 808080

Deselect=rename=*Hat*

12.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Hat Dome* Flood Fill with this Color # 91ADAD

Go to Effects / 3D=Effects /Inner Bevel and

Use theses Settings Color in Color Box will be # FFFFFF

Which is White

Deselect=rename=*Hat Dome*

13.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Side Scarf on Left* Flood Fill with this Color #DDE3E3

Now go to Effects 3-D/ Inner Bevel /

And Use theses Settings

Color In Color Box is #FFFFFF which is White

*Hat Highlights* Flood Fill with this Color #DDE3E3

Now Go to Effects / Blur / Gaussian Blur /

Set this at 1.00

Deselect=rename=*Hat Highlights*

All Done!! Great Job =0)

Remember You
Don't have to Keep any of these Color's that I used
If you want to change a color or Flood Fill with a Pattern
Go back to that Layer and re load that .sels from

Disk for that
And Flood fill with Pattern or Color Also Don't Merge Your
Lady till you are sure where you would Like things to Go
Like if you want to add a Background on the Layer we

Started with Like A Color or Gradient or Pattern

If you are Happy =0)

And you are now done you can merge it and resize it
You Can Save her as a Tube to use at a later date
