It will work fine for you with PSP 8 and PSP 9

Here are the Selections Files you will Need
Download Selections Files=Click Here
You will Put these Files in your Selections Folder
In Your PSP
Here are the Imagine Files you will Need
Download Image Files=Click Here
You will Put these Files in your Image Folder
In Your PSP

Let's Get Started

Open a New Canvas
300x450x16million

Now the Big Part SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!
If you can't remember Like I do All the time
Go to your Preference down on your File at top
Menu and go to *AUTO SAVE*
I have mine set to Auto #5

With Any of the Colors I will be using if you would
Like a Pattern a Different use of Colors
Please do so What I give you is Just a Guide

It's All up to you How you want
To See it Decorated just have Fun with it

* With the Opening of Your New Canvas we have a layer

Started I want you to keep this Layer So Later You

Can Add a Background Color or Gradient

What ever you would like

Rename this Layer=*Background*

1.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Hair Back* Flood Fill with this Color# DEC34A

Now go to Effects / 3-D Effects / Eye Candy 4000 / Fur

You Can Also use Eye Candy 3

I am sure you will have no Problem doing it with that too

And Use theses Settings

If your Would Like a Bit more Depth you can Go to

Effects / 3D=Effects /Photo Enhance / Clarity

Now Deselect=rename=*Hair Back*

2.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Neck and Shoulders* Flood Fill with this Color# EAC7A1

Go to Effects / 3-D Effects / Outer Bevel

And use theses Settings

Color In Color Box is #FFFFFF which is White

Deselect=rename=*Neck and Shoulders*

3.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Dress Top* Get the Dress Top from the Image Files

I sent you and Copy and Paste them Into Selections

Deselect=rename=*Dress Top*

4.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Head* Flood Fill with this Color# EAC7A1

Go to Effects / 3-D Effects / Outer Bevel /

Using All the Same settings we Just did for the

Neck and Shoulders And use theses Settings

Color In Color Box is #FFFFFF which is White

Deselect=rename=*Head*

5.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Face Features* Go to Your Image File I sent you and

Get the Face Features Image and Copy and Paste

Into Selection

Deselect=rename=*Face Features*

6.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Front Part of Hair* Flood Fill with this Color# DEC34A

Now go to Effects / 3-D Effects / Eye Candy 4000 /Fur

You Can Also use Eye Candy 3

I am sure you will have no Problem doing it with that too

And Use theses Settings

If your Would Like a Bit more Depth you can Go to

Effects / 3D=Effects /Photo Enhance / Clarity

Deselect=rename=*Front Part of Hair*

7.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Hair Flowers* Now go to your Image Files and get the

Hair Flowers and Copy and Paste them Into Selections

If you Like you can use what ever you would like here

If you do then you will not need this Sels from the files

Just Copy and Paste what you are going to use like some

Ribbons or Bows or Nothing that will be Up to you

Deselect=rename=*Hair Flowers*

All Done!! Great Job =0)

Remember You
Don't have to Keep any of these Color's that I used
If you want to change a color or Flood Fill with a Pattern
Go back to that Layer and re load that .sels from

Disk for that
And Flood fill with Pattern or Color Also Don't Merge Your
Lady till you are sure where you would Like things to Go
Like if you want to add a Background on the Layer we

Started with Like A Color or Gradient or Pattern

If you are Happy =0)

And you are now done you can merge it and resize it
You Can Save her as a Tube to use at a later date
