Let's Get Started

Open a New Canvas
350x375x16million

Now the Big Part SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!
If you can't remember Like I do All the time
Go to your Preference down on your File at top
Menu and go to *AUTO SAVE*
I have mine set to 5

With Any of the Colors I will be using if you would
Like a Pattern a Different use of Colors
Please do so What I give you is Just a Guide

* With the Opening of Your New Canvas we have a layer

Started I want you to keep this Layer So Later You

Can Add a Background Scene or what you would like

Rename this Layer=*Background*

1.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Bears Body* Flood Fill with this Color# IB8D46 Now go to

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4000 / Fur /

Can Also Be done With Eye Candy 3 = We Are Also going

To Use this Fur Settings For the Whole Bear so if

You would like to Copy to your Image Folder in PSP

Or write it down and colors used so I will save On Screen

Shots to save the loading time on this =0)

And Use Theses Settings

Stay in Effect go to 3-D Effects /Inner Bevel /

And Use theses Settings

Color in Color Box #FFFFFF

Which is White

Go To Effects / 3-D Effects /Drop Shadow

Get your Magic wand and click on Canvas so you Have Marching

Ants All over the Canvas and also around the Feet

And use theses Settings

0 / 0 / Blur 3 /100% Opacity /Color In Box will be #808080

Now Deselect=rename=*Bears Body*

*Legs* Flood Fill with this Color# 1B8D46 Now go

To Effects Plug-in Filters and Use the Same Eye Candy /Fur

Effects we Just did on Bears Body Now Stay in

Effect / go to / Geometric Effects/ Spiky-Halo

And use theses Settings

Stay in Effect go to 3-D Effects /Inner Bevel /

And Use theses Settings

Color in Color Box #FFFFFF

Which is White

3-D Effects /Drop Shadow

Get your Magic Wand and click on Canvas so you Have Marching

Ants All over the Canvas and also around the Legs

*Shamrock Flowers* Get your Flowers from Image Files I sent you

And Copy and Paste your Shamrock Flowers / Into Selection

8.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Flower Wrap* I have a *NOTE HERE *

For those of you that Have this Plug-in Filter

Called =VM-Instant Art /Pearl's Girl /

I will Give you the Setting so you can Play with this

Just Flood Fill the .sels with #FFFFFF which is white

And Use theses Settings then after you can Colorize it

Like I did in Green

And For those that Don't have this Filter

I sent it to you In your Image Files it's called *Flower Wrap so

You can Just / Copy and Paste / Into Selections and I have already

Colored it for you so you can Just relax =0)

Deselect=rename=*Flower Wrap*

9.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Bow* Get the Bow Image And Copy and Paste / Into Selections

And then Add the same Noise settings we did on Shamrock Flowers

Deselect=rename=*Bow*

10.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Head* Flood Fill with this Color# IB8D46 Now go to

Effects / Plug-in Filters / Eye Candy 4000 / Fur /

And Use Theses Settings

Stay in Effect go to 3-D Effects /Inner Bevel /

And Use theses Settings

Color in Color Box #FFFFFF

Which is White

Go To Effects / 3-D Effects /Drop Shadow

Get your Magic wand and click on Canvas so you Have Marching

Ants All over the Canvas and also around the Head

And use theses Settings Color In Box will be #808080

Now Deselect=rename=*Head*

*Face Features* Get the Face Features Image

And Copy and Paste / Into Selections

Go To Effects Plug-in Filters and Use the Same Eye Candy /Fur

Effects we are using on The Whole Bear Body

Stay in Effect go to 3-D Effects /Inner Bevel /

And Use theses Settings

Color in Color Box #FFFFFF

Which is White

Get your Magic wand and click on Canvas so you Have Marching

Ants All over the Canvas and also around the Ears and go to

3-D Effects to / Drop Shadow and Use theses settings

Deselect=rename=*Muzzle*

13.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Nose* Get the Nose Image from the file I sent you

And Copy and Paste / Into Selections

Deselect=rename=*Nose*

14.)Add a New Raster Layer =Go to Selection=Load from disk

*Hat* Get the Hat Image from the file I sent you

And Copy and Paste / Into Selections

Deselect=rename=*Hat*

All Done!! Great Job =0)

Remember You
Don't have to Keep any of these Color's that I used
If you want to change a color or Flood Fill with a Pattern
Go back to that Layer and re load that .sels from

Disk for that
And Flood fill with Pattern or Color Also Don't Merge Your
Bear till you are sure where you would Like things to Go
Like if you want to add a Background on the Layer we

Started with Like A Color or Gradient or Pattern

If you are Happy =0)

And you are done you can merge it and resize it
And then Add it to a Scene
Always Keep a Layer Open for what ever you would like to
Add a layer Up will always be things In Front of Bear

Layers down will always be things In back
Just have
Fun! Fun! Fun!
