The Paint Shop Pro Program Here is where you can

This Tutorial was done in PSP 7 but I am sure

It will work fine for you with PSP8

Here are the Selections Files you will Need

Download Selections Files=Click Here

You will Put these Files in your Selections Folder

In Your PSP

If at anytime you want to use your own Patterns or

Change Color's of your choice

Please feel free to do so

Note First Before we Begin

We will be using Just three Colors for this Room

But at anytime while the selection has the

Marching ants around it.. If at that time You

Would Like to Use a Wallpaper or different

Color or Some other Pattern then

The One's I Tell you

To Use ...Please go right ahead and do so

OK! LETS BEGIN

Open a New Canvas

660X420X16 Million

When you Open Your Canvas it will Already be a

LAYER Keep this For Now

1.) Now Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Small Wall to Right*

Change your Foreground Color to this #C6AE84

Flood Fill=deselect=rename=*Wall Right*

2.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*back wall Right* change your

Foreground Color to this one Now=#DDD4B5

Flood fill=deselect=rename=*Back Wall*

**********

3.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection=

Load from Disk=*Ceiling Far Right* change

Your foreground to this Color #C1C1B7

Flood fill=deselect=rename=*Ceiling*

4.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Side Half Wall Right*

Now Change your Color back to this #C6AE84

Flood fill=deselect=rename=*Half Wall*

5.) Add a New raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk-*Half Wall Front Right*

Now get the Yellow Pattern I sent you or you

May use your own Copy and Paste this

Into Selection=deselect=rename*Half Front Wall*

6.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=* Main Back Wall of Stairs*

Now Change your Foreground to the Yellow Pattern

Or what ever you are using If you are using a different

Pattern then I am using then you will have to Adjust

Theses settings use this setting only for My Pattern

Settings=75%-Angel"0"=deselect=rename*Stair Wall*

7.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selections

Load from Disk=*Wall Behind Stairs*

Change your Pattern foreground back to this Color

#DDD4B5=deselect=rename=*Behind stair wall*

**********

8.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Wall UNDER Stairs*

Keep the same color#DDD4B5 and Flood Fill

Deselect=rename=*Wall under Stairs*

**********

9.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Long Side Added*

Change your foreground to this color now

#C6AE84=Flood fill=deselect=rename=*Long Side*

10.) Add a New raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Side Strip for Window* Flood

Fill with this Color=#C1C1B7=deselect

You can if you like Add a little Drop Shadow

Rename=*Side Strip*

11.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Top strip of Window*

Flood fill again with the same Color we just used

You can add a little Drop Shadow again

Deselect=rename=*Top Trim*

12.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Window Top of Stairs*

Now get the Window I sent you and Copy and Paste

Into Selections=deselect=rename=*Window*

13.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection

Load from Disk=*Stairs*get the stairs I sent you

And Copy and Paste them Into Selection=deselect

Rename=*Stairs*

So Cool!!! How that Works =0)

Ok Now for the Fun Part

This will get Just a Bit Tricky But I have Faith in You

When we Started you had a Empty Layer

It should be at the* Bottom Now * If you Don't

Then Add a New Raster Layer Now and Arrange it

To the Bottom

Ok on that Empty Layer I want you to RED X it Closed

For Now and Go to your Layer Called=* Wall Right*

Now Go to Layers=MERGE=Merge=Visible=rename this

Layer * Stairs Right *

Now Go to your Tool Bar and Get Your Magic Wand

And Click on the Out side of the Whole Image you now See

You will have Marching Ant's All over the Place

Now Go to Selection=Invert= keep it selected

Now go to Edit and Copy and Paste As a New Image

Ok Great Job =0)

Now Rest that New Image on your Desktop in PSP

For Now =deselect=That layer that has the

Marching Ants On it on your Canvas

Ok don't get Scared But I want you Now

To Delete That Layer we rename=STAIRS

Now Open the Layer with the RED X on it

Ok On We Go this Part will be Super EASY

This will All be for the Left side of your Canvas

14.) Ok We Now how One Layer we will work from here

Go to Selection=Load from Disk=*Back wall on Left*

Change your foreground to this color#C6AE84 Flood

I didn't Make a Cut-out for a Window If you would

Like a Window here or two just use your Selection Tool

On Rectangle=And the Hit your delete key

Fill=deselect=rename=*Back Wall*

15.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection=Load from

Disk=*Wall Facing Out*=Flood Fill with Color #DDD4B5

Deselect=rename*Wall Out*

16.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection=Load from

Disk=*Front Wall Left* use the same foreground

Color#DDD4B5=Flood fill=deselect=rename=*Wall Left*

17.) Add a New raster Layer=Go to Selection=Load from

Disk=*Front wall Right* Change Foreground

To this color#C6AE84 Flood Fill=deselect

Rename=*Wall Right*

18.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to selection=Load from

Disk=*Tiny Wall inside*Flood fill with Color#DDD4B5

Deselect=rename=*Wall Inside*

19.) Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection=Load from Disk

*Front Door*=Now get the Little Door I sent you and Copy

And Paste the Door Into Selection

If you have Your Own Door you would like to use go ahead

Deselect=rename *Front Door*

Note

If you would like a Full Wall here You can Skip this Part

This will add a Small Door and Wall to the Right Side

20.) Now Click on your Wall Right Layer=and Stay here

Go to Selection=Load from Disk=*Cut-Out Wall on Right*

Now Hit the Delete Key=deselect

Stay here Don't Move=Load from Disk=

*Door Trim Wall right*

Now change your foreground color to this#400000=deselect

We will stay here again=Load from Disk=

*Little Door on Wall Right* Get the Little Half Door

Now Copy and Paste the little Half Door Into Selection

Deselect=Keep the Name *Wall Right*

If you are Doing this PART of the Wall this is a Little Wall

That will be added

Add a New Raster Layer=Arrange Down=

Go to Selection-Load from Disk

*Small Wall Inside Door* Flood fill with this color#C6AE84

Deselect=rename=*Little Wall Right*

21.) Now Go Back up to Your FRONT DOOR Layer

Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selection=Load from Disk

*Big Stair Image In*

Now get your Big Stairs we Did first And Kept on your

PSP Desktop and Copy and Paste Into Selection

Deselect =Rename=*Stairs Right*

22.) Go toy Your Back Wall Layer=Add a New Raster Layer

Go to selection=Load from Disk=*Ceiling Top* Copy and

Paste the Ceiling Pattern I sent you into Selection

Deselect=rename=*Ceiling*

23.) Add a New Raster Layer= Arrange/ Send to Bottom

Go to Selection=Load from Disk=*Floor* Flood Fill with this

Color#B69C74=If you have a Title or another Pattern

You want to us here Please go ahead=deselect= rename

*Floor*

*************

All done Now you can Play Decorator

Keep All your Layers Open so you can Add Things Like

Sofa and Chairs add Above or Under what ever Layer

You will be working with also Put All your New Things

On there Own Layers will make it easier

If you want to move things around or you don't like

Something you can delete that Layer and make a New One

Now if you did the colors I used and want to change it

To different colors or a Pattern Wallpaper Just go to

Selection and reload from Disk=That wall then you can

Either Flood Fill it with a New Color or Copy and Paste

Or Flood Fill it with a New Pattern its all up to you

How you want to Decorate Your Little Rooms

After you are All done and Happy with it then you can

Go to Layer=MERGE=Merge =visible

Just Have Fun =0)
