Open a New Canvas
385x305x16million

Now the Big Part SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!
If you can't remember Like I do All the time
Go to your Preference down on your File at top
Menu and go to *AUTO SAVE*
I have mine set to 5

With Any of the Colors I will be using if you would
 Like a Pattern a Different use of Colors
Please do so What I give you is Just a Guide to
Make the Count Vinnie it's All up to you How you want

*With the Opening Of Your Canvas You will have a starting

Layer Keep this Layer and Call it Background You will

Need this Later when You want to add a Scene or Other

*Pants*=Flood Fill with this Color#D569F9=deselect

Rename=*Pants*

2.)Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selections=Load from disk

*Pant Stripe*=Flood Fill with this Color#F18110

And Use theses Settings

Deselect=rename=*Pant Stripe*

3.)Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selections=Load from disk

*Vest*=Flood Fill with this Color#C00000=deselect

Rename=*Vest*

4.)Add a New Raster Layer=Go to Selections=Load from disk

And Use theses Settings

0/ 0 /=100% Opacity=Blur 3=Color in Color Box is#000000

Which is Black=deselect=rename=*Inner Ear*

Inner Bevel use theses Settings

Now Keep Selected=Go to Effects/Texture/Fine Leather

If you would Like this Darker Repeat this Effect again

 You Don't have to Keep any of these Color's that I used
If you want to change a color or Flood Fill with a Pattern
Go back to that Layer and re load that .sels from Disk for that
And Flood fill with Pattern or Color
And then Add it to a Scene that way you can Place the Count Vinnie
Back in to a Scene and add what ever you
Like Always Keep a Layer Open for what ever you would like to
Add a layer Up will always be things In Front of the Count Vinnie

Layers down will always be things In back
Just have
Fun! Fun! Fun!
